Aroma360

At Aroma360, I mainly served as the primary liaison for brand partners, supporting initiatives designed to drive revenue. My role focused on coordinating marketing campaigns, analyzing performance, and identifying opportunities to expand partner-led promotions and initiatives.

I developed reporting and performance summaries, provided data-driven recommendations for new marketing initiatives, and collaborated cross-functionally with creative, product, and leadership teams to execute campaigns. I also managed approvals for marketing collateral and new product launches with our Disney and NBA partners, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and campaign timelines.

While partnership management and campaign coordination were my primary focus, the examples below highlight some of my creative executions that I created as part of broader marketing initiatives.

SMS Graphics

I supported the planning and execution of weekly SMS campaigns tied to promotional offers and partner initiatives. This included collaborating on graphic development, refining messaging, and ensuring campaigns aligned with overall marketing objectives.

Each week featured a new offer, requiring coordination across teams to deliver timely, on-brand creative. Below are examples of SMS graphics I helped create and were used in recurring promotional campaigns.

Quiz

I led the end-to-end development of an interactive “Scent Finder” quiz designed to guide customers toward personalized product recommendations. This project involved structuring the user journey, developing visuals and copy, and coordinating implementation across the website and supporting marketing channels.

The quiz functioned as both a customer engagement tool and a conversion driver, helping streamline product discovery while supporting broader marketing and promotional initiatives.

Updating the quiz to better reflect our brand guidelines and refreshed creative elements enhanced the customer experience.
