I developed reporting and performance summaries, provided data-driven recommendations for new marketing initiatives, and collaborated cross-functionally with creative, product, and leadership teams to execute campaigns. I also managed approvals for marketing collateral and new product launches with high-profile partners, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and campaign timelines.

SMS
I supported the planning and execution of weekly SMS campaigns tied to promotional offers and partner initiatives. This included collaborating on graphic development, refining messaging, and ensuring campaigns aligned with overall marketing objectives.

I managed the end-to-end strategy and execution of the browser push notification program, reaching an audience of 340K+ subscribers across desktop and mobile. These campaigns served as a key driver of website traffic and revenue, supporting ongoing promotions, product launches, and marketing initiatives.
I developed and executed campaigns multiple times per week, creating both the visual assets and copy for each send. This required aligning creative with brand standards, prioritizing key offers, and coordinating timing with broader marketing campaigns.
After identifying gaps in the existing browser push strategy, I led a full program overhaul, including refreshed creative, improved messaging, and optimized campaign cadence.
